HESC-T-041 is an RS-485 bus splitting hub that uses an internal microprocessor (non-stop working) and is specially designed to solve the requirements of RS-485 large systems in complex electromagnetic field environments. This product supports transmission rates up to 115.2 Kbps. In order to ensure the safety and reliability of data communication, the RS-485 interface uses photoelectric isolation technology to prevent lightning surges. The built-in photoelectric isolator and 1,500W surge protection circuit can provide an isolation voltage of 2,500V, which can effectively prevent lightning strikes and common ground interference. Power is supplied by an external switch-mode power supply.

In the RS-485 working mode, the used discrimination circuit can automatically sense the direction of the data flow and switch the control circuit to easily solve the problem of RS-485 transceiver conversion delay. The RS-485 interface has a transmission distance of 5km. It is widely used in highway toll systems, road monitoring systems and power collection systems.
