HESC-T-038 is an RS-485 bus split hub with internal dual-core and non-stop working design, specially designed to solve the RS-485 large system requirements in complex electromagnetic field environments. This product supports transmission rates up to 115.2 Kbps. The RS-485 interface uses photoelectric isolation technology to prevent lightning surges from being introduced into the converter and the device. The built-in photoelectric isolator and 1,500W surge protection circuit can provide an isolation voltage of 2,500V. Power is supplied by an external switch-mode power supply.

In the RS-485 working mode, the used discrimination circuit can automatically sense the direction of the data flow and switch the enable control circuit to easily solve the problem of RS-485 transceiver conversion delay. The transmission distance of RS-485 interface is longer than 1,200 meters. HESC-T-038 RS-485 hub provides star RS-485 bus connection. Users can easily improve the RS-485 bus structure, divide network segments, and improve communication reliability. When a lightning strike or equipment failure occurs, the network segment in question will be isolated to ensure the normal operation of other network segments.
