HESC-T-036 is an RS-485/422 bus splitting hub designed with an internal microprocessor (non-stop work) and to solve the requirements of RS-485/422 large systems in complex electromagnetic field environments. This product supports transmission rates up to 115.2 Kbps. In order to ensure the safety and reliability of data communication, the RS-485/422 interface uses photoelectric isolation technology to prevent lightning surges from being introduced into converters and equipment. The built-in photoelectric isolator and 8/20μs waveform 3000A lightning surge protection circuit can provide an isolation voltage of 2500V, which can effectively prevent lightning strikes and common ground interference. The power supply adopts an external switching power supply, which is safe and reliable, and is very suitable for outdoor engineering applications.
In the RS-485/422 working mode, the used discrimination circuit can automatically sense the direction of the data flow and switch the enable control circuit to easily solve the RS-485/422 transceiver conversion delay problem. The transmission distance of the RS-485/422 interface is longer than 1200 m, and the performance is stable. It is widely used in highway toll systems, road monitoring systems and power collection systems.
HESC-T-036 RS-485/422 hub provides star RS-485/422 bus connection. Users can easily improve the RS-485/422 bus structure, divide network segments, and improve communication reliability. When a lightning strike or equipment failure occurs, the network segment in question will be isolated to ensure the normal operation of other network segments.
