HESC-T-006 RS-232 extender with photoelectric isolation allows extending the communication distance between 2 sets of asynchronous RS-232 communication devices to 12km.
The photoelectric isolation technology fully isolates the loop circuit between electric part and ground wire. This protects the communication devices from interference of power, ground loop circuit and surge. It changes the single port transmission into dual wire balance transmission, which increases the communication distance.
HESC-T-006 is mini size and has no special requirement on the wire. There is no need for external power.
